Well it is Day 5 of the new year and today was the first day back to work. The students were good a little chatty but who could blame them they haven't seen their friends in 2 weeks. Hopefully tomorrow will be a little quieter.
I feel really good...after work today I went to the grocery store and planned three suppers for this week and bought stuff to take my lunch. I got on to WW and got some recipes. I also set a goal that for the next 4 weeks I will stick with exercising for at least 5 out of 7 days of the week for 35 minutes. Last night I did 30 minutes of the Jillian Michaels workout on the Wii and tonight I ran/walked for 2.7 miles for 35 miles. It felt good! It was cold at first but I quickly worked up a sweat. Tomorrow night I plan to try the workout that came with my new Pilates ball I got for Christmas. I also plan to take my measurements this week and write them down sometimes the scale can discourage but you could be losing inches. Eating healthy at home can also save money!
